About
Dhruvi.

I work at the intersection of design, systems thinking, and operations analysis. I specialize in identifying inefficiencies in workflows and rebuilding processes from the ground up to make them more efficient, scalable, and intuitive.

I approach problems by first breaking down how a system actually functions, then redesigning it to remove friction and improve clarity. In previous roles, I've built and optimized Excel-based workflows and operational systems to streamline processes and improve day-to-day efficiency.

Alongside my operations experience, I bring a strong foundation in UX and product design, allowing me to translate complex systems into user-centered experiences. I'm particularly interested in roles in UX research, UX engineering, product design, and product/operations management where I can combine systems thinking with design to build better tools and workflows.
